We are sorry that the shipment has damaged the product. upon delivery, sign the delivery parcel with reservation specifying the reason. Check the contents of the package and write us about the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching to the email a photo of the item and the order number. We will solve the inconvenience as soon as possible.

What are shipping and delivery rates and times?
If an order is made from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m, excluding festivities, your package will be ready for shipping the day after. If an order is placed after 11 a.m. or if one or more products are not available, the order will be ready for shipping after two days or as soon as the products ordered will be available. For orders placed on Saturday and/or Sunday, the order will be filled he following Monday. Pugliami’s offices will be closed on bank holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and 26th. Notices regarding office closures will be published on the website. Delivery time is usually of 1-2 working days from the moment the order is registered. If the order is not collected, is refused or the address is different from the one provided by the client, Pugliami.it is entitled to ask the client to cover all shipping expenses.
What are shipping charges?
For shipping within Italy Pugliami.it charges a fee of € 5.90 on orders up to € 39.89, on orders from € 39.90 and over shipping is free (with the exception of cash on delivery, islands and remote locations). The charge for shipping to Europe is € 14.90, on orders from € 99.90 and over shipping is free (with the exception of cash on delivery, islands and remote locations). All costs are sales tax included.
For orders shipping to Extra-EU costs depend on the destination country.
Can I check the status of order’s delivery?
Sure, you will receive and email from the courier with a tracking link. In this regard, it is advisable to enter the correct address.
Can I return an order?
You can return part of or the entire order within 14 days of delivery. if you purchase with a VAT registration, you will not be able to return your order.
The refund will be credited using one of the method of payment you can use to purchase the orders (alternatively, you will receive a coupon of the same value), following the receipt and verification of the item(s)’s integrity.
Are returns free of charge?

What is a gift card and how can I use it?
The Pugliami Gift Card is a gift coupon which can be used online on Pugliami.it. It can be used for a single purchase or in more than one transactions, until its entire value is used up. It is valid for a period of 90 days from the purchase date and it can be gifted to a friend. The Client can purchase the Gift Card (Virtual Product) from the catalogue. The Gift Card can be used during check out by inserting in the appropriate field the Gift Code that has been sent via email to the client. If the client has a personal account on Pugliami’s website (and it has been created before Gift Cards’purchase), the Gift Code can also be found under the “Gift Card” section. From this section, the client can also send the code to a friend via email. Gift Cards can be used in different transactions. A coupon will be issued with the remaining balance. The gift code will be sent via email and will be available on the “Coupons” section of the client’s personal account on Pugliami.it. The Gift Card will be delivered within 24 hours of the payment online or the bank transfer’s payment confirmation. Cash on delivery is not accepted as a payment method for purchasing Gift Cards. Gift Cards may not be used to reach purchase minimums for free shipping. A Gift Card’s balance may not be reloaded and cannot be used in combination with other vouchers. It is not possible to purchase a Gift Cards choosing another Gift Card as payment method. The Gift Card will be emailed only when Pugliami.it accepts its payment. If the purchase of the Gift Card is promptly cancelled, its entire value will be reimbursed. If a purchase made with a Gift Card is cancelled, a coupon will be issued of the same value of the amount spent for the purchase.

A Coupon is a gift code which can be used online on Pugliami.it. It can be used for a single purchase or in more than one transactions, until its entire value is used up. It can be also gifted to a friend. The Coupon can be used during check out by inserting in the appropriate field the gift code. If the client has a personal account on Pugliami’s website, the Coupon can also be found under the “Coupons” section. Besides/alternatively the gift code could be sent via email to the client. If a purchase made with a Coupon is promptly cancelled, a new Coupon will be issued of the same value of the amount spent for the purchase.
