The offer and sale of products on our website are governed by these Conditions of Sale, valid for each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products. The confirmation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these conditions of sale.


Purchase method
Before forwarding the purchase order the customer is required to read the general conditions. Forwarding the purchase order implies their automatic acceptance. The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relative forms at the price indicated to which the cost of shipment is added as shown on the website. A summary will be shown, before purchase order confirmation, for the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in the case of several products purchased, the cost of additional charges based on the type of payment selected and the total for the shipping costs. Once the purchase order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt and reception of the order containing all the information regarding the products purchased, the detailed indication of price, shipping costs, applicable taxes and the means of payment and the information on the right of withdrawal. Delivery methods and schedule will deliver the products selected and ordered by the Customer in the manner referred to in the previous article. If the purchase is made by a free lance, an invoice can be requested by selecting the check box during the order phase and adding the social security number and/or VAT number. In this case, the invoice will be added inside the parcel. The free lance is responsible for the invoicing data inserted and is explicitly informed that the invoicing request must be made during the order phase, as it is not possible to issue an invoice after the order has been placed.

Price and product details
All the sale prices of the Products present on the website are expressed in euro and are inclusive of sales tax and any other duties, except - if appropriate - the BtoB price list. Any promotions are only valid for the online store. The applicable prices are those indicated on the Website at the moment of the purchase order by the Customer.
