Applied on the body, for example through a shower gel enriched with olive oil and calendula, it provides extraordinary hydration and nourishment. In case of cracking, the solution is a hand cream - perfect if it combines the benefits of the aloe with the properties of Argan oil - from the super nourishing, protective and soothing action.
And if instead of applying it we wanted to drink it? Ladies and gentleman aloe vera juice is served. Its main properties are laxative and purifying. Useful in cases of constipation, it rebalances the bacterial flora and restores the correct functionality of the digestive system. It also performs aprotective action of the gastric mucosa, stimulates the immune system, fights free radicals thanks to its antioxidant properties. Pay attention to the possible side effects. It can cause cramps, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, irritation of the intestinal mucosa or interfere with the action of some drugs. Use in case of hepatic and intestinal problems, during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
